Thank you for your purchase please be sure the guidelines below are met and all policies understood, Please print this form, then fill out the form completely insert in the box with our return and sign at the bottom.

We Accept returns on most non electrical parts.

Option 1. Store Credit We will refund you the full purchase price of your order minus shipping charges. Refund will be in the form of store credit in which you can purchase any other item you like up to the amount paid originally on the first order minus what we paid to ship the item to you.

Option 2. Credit card./ PayPal/ Google Checkout refund. We will refund the total sales amount, minus the price we paid to ship the item to you and minus a 20% restocking fee. To your Credit Card, Google Checkout or PayPal account. In the form of the original payment.  The merchandise must also be in new condition, packed in its original manufacturer's box and include all original packaging material, original manuals and any accessories that came with the item. If  your return is received by us damaged, or is missing anything we will refuse the return,

Returning an item to us is easy, as long as the guidelines below are met a return will be processed upon receipt of your item and a refund or store credit will be issued. A refund will be processed under the following conditions.

 

1.  The item is in brand new condition. (Item must be able to be resold to another customer as brand new).

2.  There are no labels, stickers, tape or writing on the part that did not come on it originally from us.

3.  The item has not been installed or attempted to be installed.

4.  The packaging is not torn or written on.

5.  There are no greasy fingerprints on the part or packaging.

6.  The serial number matches the part we sent you.

7.  All hardware instructions and other items must be included.

***Very important, any returns must have a copy of the invoice or receipt enclosed along with a correct return address and name on the shipping label. If you use the UPS store or any packing and shipping store, they will only put their return address and not yours. Any returns received without these items will be refused and returned to the address on the label.

Place your item inside another box; we must be able to see the part number on the box for identification. If the part number is covered up by a shipping label or any type of sticker or tape, we will be unable to accept the return. This help cut down on damage, and helps us identify the item when it comes back.

Please insure your package, lost or damaged items will not be considered for return.

Reminder: Electrical parts are not eligible for return.

 

How to make a return.

1.    Package the item up exactly as you received and make it appear as it has never been opened.

2.    Print and Fill out The form below and put it in the box with the returned item.

3.    Tracking your return.  Write down the tracking number that is given to you when you ship your package. You will be able to see when we receive the return.

4.    Send your item with UPS or FedEx. Do not ship with the US postal service. We do not have mail service in our area, and the package will never arrive.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of item receipt to our facility, and may take up 2 weeks to appear on your credit card statement. Please understand and meet all return guidelines above. Parts cannot be returned after 25 days of original purchase date.
