Warranty, Return and Shipping Information
Note: A Return Merchandise Form is required to be completely filled out and placed in the box before shipping your package back to us. We will only refund shipping costs and waive the restocking fee if the return is a result of our error. **To expedite the return process we ask that you fill out a return request form and include it in the box with your return, the form is located here returns will not be accepted without this form.** Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 3 business days after delivery. You must notify Customer Service by either e-mail or telephone. We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after (3) business days. If the return is the result of our error, we will arrange to have the item picked up via UPS and returned to our warehouse. We will issue a complete refund including the original shipping costs. Items that are returned more than 25 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, are missing parts, or returned to us without authorization will be charged an additional restocking fee at our discretion. If a package is returned to our warehouse undelivered for any reason by our shipping carrier, and you do not wish to have the package reshipped to you, we will refund the total sales amount, less a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping charges.. Exchanges Due to our changing inventory, we cannot accept exchanges. If you have an item that you wish to return for another item, simply return the item to our warehouse for a refund and then visit our website to purchase the new item that you want. How to Return An item 1. Complete the Return Form - The Return Form needs to be filled out completely and placed in the box before we process your return. Using this form, tell us why you are returning the item in as much detail as possible. 2. Packing your return - Place the item in its original packaging with all documents, manuals, parts and accessories. Wrap your item carefully in a box with a copy of your order form and return form. 3. Shipping your return - If the reason for your return is not our fault, the buyer bears all shipping costs. We recommend that you ship us your returned item only via UPS or FEDEX to ensure proper tracking of your product. 4. Receipt of your item - We will send you an e-mail to notify you that your return has been processed and your account credited. You should expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7-14 business days of our receiving your return. Warranty information
Most of our parts include a 25 year warranty that exclusively covers only the replacement of the defective part. Warranty does not cover any type of labor or consequential damage whatsoever. Warranty does not cover return shipping of the defective item to our facility.
Be sure to keep a record of your order or confirmation, Paypal transaction number or eBay item # if you paid with paypal, you will need this information to obtain a warranty replacement.. Returns without item or transaction numbers will be refused and returned to sender.
*Note all warranty returns are tested for manufacturer’s defects. If part is tested and no defect is found, we will contact you to arrange payment for return shipping to you or discard the part at your discretion. Only parts that test defective will be covered under warranty.
Once we verify the serial number matches the item we originally sent you we will send a replacement out to you usually the next business day via UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail.
We do not accept parts for warranty claims under the following conditions:
The Part is damaged due to neglect
The part is painted, or modified in any way from its original form
The parts is Excessively greasy or dirty , or contains an excessive amount of greasy fingerprints
The Part is damaged due to abuse, a vehicle accident, or a collision with any object.
The Part is damaged due to improper installation
The Part is water damaged
Notice of First year warranty Pro-rate
If you experince a problem with one of our products contact us first at info@conquestauto.com to be sure that we have a replacement available. In most cases we have a replacement available If no replacement is available in the first year of ownership we will offer a pro rated warranty refund. Once we receive the defective item back we take the price you paid, divide it by 12 months of the warranty. For each month you have the part in your possession will we will subtract 1/12th of the price from the refund. An example would be the part has gone bad after you have had it for 5 months, we do not have a replacement available and you paid $130.00 for the part. The price of the part per month is 10.83. So if you had the part for 5 months your refund would be

Pro Rated Warranty Refund Amount=$75.85
The pro-rated refund is exclusive to the first year of ownership only. After one year of ownership, if the item fails. Our liability is limited to replacing the item, only on the basis that the item is still being produced by the vehicle manufacturer, and the item is readily available. If item is discontinued, or is no longer available, warranty becomes void as the part becomes unobtainable

Shipments to the USA
We do not Ship to Puerto Rico or APO/FPO/AE Adresses.
Residents of Alaska and Hawaii please E-mail info@conquestauto.com for your shipping rates, normal shipping charges do not apply to your location.
For orders to the United States you should receive your item within 3-7 business days of leaving our warehouse.
Your Item will be shipped by our choice of either The US Postal Service or UPS. Please let us know if you have a preference at the time you pay for your order.
We Cannot ship any items over 5 pounds to a PO Box. Please provide a physical street address for these items.
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any location.
A tracking number will be Provided. (UPS) or delivery confirmation number (USPS) as soon as order is shipped, if you do not receive a tracking number, Check your Spam filters, make sure that you have provided us your correct E-Mail address, you can always log into your account, or use your order confirmation number to get your tracking number.
Note: US Postal Service Delivery Confirmation numbers are not tracking numbers, the number will only show when the package was delivered, but will not show where the package is in transit, or when you will receive the package.
All orders ship out from our warehouse in 24-48 hours ( excluding weekends and holidays)
Shipments Outside The USA
International Customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, brokerage fees and any other fees asses by the carrier or your government.
Remember we are in Texas which is in the southern USA close to Mexico, so please allow extra time for your shipment to arrive. Your item should arrive in about 3-10 business days unless your item is stopped by customs for inspection. About one out of every 100 packages we ship is stopped for inspection. If your item is stopped, please add an additional 2-3 weeks onto the shipping time. Your tracking number will show if your item has been stopped.
International shipments will be shipped with UPS
UPS may or may not charge you a brokerage fee. This is a fee that UPS collects on their own from you. This is a fee that is paid for them getting your item thru customs quickly. It is very important that you understand that this fee is charged directly to the customer by UPS, this fee is not charged by Conquest Auto Parts LLC. We have nothing to do with this charge and have no control over it whatsoever. You are responsible for paying this bill, it may be assessed at the time of delivery, or you may receive a bill from UPS a few weeks later. If it was up to us there would be no fees, but we are not UPS and have no control over this.

Any person who knowingly submits false or misleading export information through the Shippers Export Declaration (SED) (or any successor document) shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $10,000 per violation or imprisonment for not more than 5 years, or both. The sender's failure to complete the form properly can delay delivery of the item or inconvenience the sender and addressee. Moreover, a false, misleading, or incomplete declaration can result in the seizure or return of the item and/or in criminal or civil penalties.
